Integración de "Plan Sana tu Deuda" a sistema Cobranza Digital.

Lideré el diseño de la interfaz de usuario (UI) y la experiencia de usuario (UX) para integrar la nueva funcionalidad de pagos del convenio "Plan Sana tu Deuda" dentro de nuestra aplicación de Cobranza Digital. El proyecto fue crítico para el negocio, ya que permitía a la empresa capitalizar una nueva línea de negocio (el convenio) y mejorar las tasas de recuperación de cartera, ofreciendo a los usuarios una ruta clara y confiable para liquidar sus saldos desde la aplicación móvil.

Mi Rol y Enfoque:

- Diseño de Solución End-to-End: Fui responsable de mapear el flujo de usuario completo, desde la notificación del convenio hasta la confirmación exitosa del pago, diseñando cada pantalla e interacción.

- Alineación Estratégica: Trabajé en estrecha colaboración con Producto, Negocio y el equipo Legal para asegurar que el diseño no solo fuera usable, sino que cumpliera con todas las regulaciones del nuevo convenio y los objetivos de Cobranza.

- Iteración Basada en Datos: Utilicé datos de convenios anteriores (tasas de abandono en el proceso de pago, funnel de conversión) para identificar puntos de fricción potenciales y optimizar el flujo.

- Adherencia al DLS: Aseguré que la nueva funcionalidad se integrara perfectamente con el Design Language System (DLS) existente para mantener la coherencia y facilitar la implementación de Front-end.
